Introducing Radhik, our superstar Factory Production Manager! Radhik's journey with Prana started many years ago and he's making the good stuff from the very beginning.
Tell us a bit about your background
Hi my name is Radhik I'm originally from Sri Lanka(the land of tea!) but have lived in Australia for the past 20 years!
How long have you been part of the Prana team and how did you start?
I have been a part of the team for about 7 or 8 years now. It's been so long that it feels like forever! I started at the very beginning when the boys use to run a cafe during the day and my best mate and I worked nights producing the chai as our part-time jobs. Gradually as Prana chai grew, I too grew with it. Getting more responsibilities and eventually becoming a full-time member of the team.
What's your favourite part of being part of the Prana Family?
That it is more of a family than a work place.
You have a pretty important role in overseeing the daily production and packing of the good stuff alongside the founders! What's your favourite part of making Chai everyday?
The tomfoolery we get up to.
When you're not mixing up the good stuff, what do you do in your spare time?
Chill and play any sport that comes my way
If you could go to any country in the world tomorrow, where would you go and why?
The Caribbean/Sri Lanka to chill on the beach with a nice cold beer
