In their four years travelling the globe, Vincent Conti and Mario Minichilli discovered authentic masala tea throughout Asia. They fell in love with the aromatic beverage and learnt all about the origins and health benefits.
Upon returning to Australia they opened a café in St Kilda and set out to develop the best chai blend possible, inspired by those they’d fallen in love with in India.
As they perfected their recipe, customers grew to love their sticky chai. Fate then brought about a friendship with Koray Gencel, and Prana Chai was born!
